Accountability & Mentoring is a personal & professional development partnership taking place for seven hours over six months, in which a mentor shares their experience & knowledge with a mentee who wants to grow & progress: it’s a two-way confidential partnership of development, dialogue, learning & challenge.

The programme runs across all sectors of the entertainment industry- film, television, crew, & performance, - across the UK.
